How to Use This Service To use this video consultation service, simply fill in the Request form below, pay for initial consultation, and then arrange with the doctor a convenient time for the meeting and the preferred online video resource such as Skype. Your request will be processed and the appointment for the consultation will be prearranged via e-mail, FAX or telephone, and confirmation will be sent to you. At the scheduled time Dr. Domanskis will connect with you and you will have your "face to face" video consultation. The Consultation Agenda During this consultation, you may visually show and discuss the problem(s) with Dr. Domanskis, who, in turn, will view you on screen, and provide his expert advice. Still images can be sent real-time to facilitate the consultation. If you desire, an estimate of costs for the procedure can be provided. Finally, a video cassette of your consultation can be ordered for your future reference. Language / Translation The preferred language for Plastic Surgery-Video consultation is English, although, for an additional charge, on-line interpreters in almost any language may be arranged.
